ALL ABOUT GENNARO
In 1987, our founders went to Italy to learn how to make cheese from a well-established dairy farm owned by GENNARO, the cheese maker. To honor his knowledge and training, our founders named the brand after him.
GENNARO Italian Cheese was established in Thailand in 1989. Our factory is located in the Ratchaburi province. We use 100% whole milk from contracted local farms to produce fresh Italian cheeses such as Mozzarella Fior Di Latte, Burrata, Ricotta, Feta, and Mascarpone.
We are also HACCP and GMP certified, ensuring great quality and consistency.
